Daren graduated Cum Laude in accounting and finance and went to work for the largest
accounting and consulting firm at that time. He has served as the President and CEO, and
consultant of several organizations for the past 36 years. Having won awards for innovative
sales methods and financial controls. While at the firm, he developed a strategy for MLM/Direct
Selling companies to control and quickly and effectively, monitor operations and expenses. His
method was quickly adopted by several companies, and shortly thereafter, the Board of
Directors of the oldest MLM company in Utah, pursued and hired Daren. Following his
direction, the company rapidly grew with its stock price reaching an all-time high. He
orchestrated the acquisition and merger of several other companies.
Daren currently serves on several Boards and was re-elected as the President of Utah Direct
Selling Management Association, for several years.

Every organization Daren has overseen has experienced annual record growth, because in his
own words “ I enjoy working for leaders who put Faith First, Others Second, and themselves
Third in business.” This formula always allows for success in business and life. This is the
foundational statement of TM3 United.
